Philips sgs101

This is my Philips sgs101 Malaga/streetfighter. It runs 70w SON, however it has a 50w SON ballast, thus it should have a 50w SON lamp, however it does work but I think will be getting a new 70w SON ballast for it. It is made from GRP and the bowl is made from polycarbonate. It has not got a photocell as the original zodion ss6 photocell was EOL.

To open the bowl up, undo 2 plastic clips and the bowl will hinge down. Here you can see the unique shape reflector and the 70w SON-T bulb. Click on image to make it larger.

To open the back canopy, remove 1 screw and pull It forward and lift it. Here you can see the control gear. Click on any image to make it larger.

Here you can see the control gear, the Philips bsn 50l 304 ballast, the Philips SN57 ignitor and the capacitor. Also, the NEMA photocell socket.

The NEMA photocell socket, as you can see, it was made in December 1998.
