Wrtl Vectra

Wrtl Vectras are a white street light but the back part is grey. Their white  canopy is made from GRP.

This is the only example I know of, on the m25. The rest of the lanterns nearby are Urbis z3s. The Philips iridium next to it is Dayburning, most likely they both run 400w SON.
